Service Description

Our Rhythmic Gymnastics Baby Class introduces young gymnasts to the magical world of movement, dance, and coordination. Through playful activities and guided exercises, children develop balance, flexibility, strength, and basic motor skills in a fun and supportive environment. We also begin exploring the rhythmic apparatus such as the rope, hoop, ribbon, and ball, combining dance elements with gymnastics to enhance body expression, rhythm, and creativity. Each session is designed to build confidence, encourage social interaction, and lay the foundations for future rhythmic gymnastics and dance training.
