Artistic Gymnastics - Intermediate

Service Description

Our Intermediate Artistic Gymnastics class is designed for gymnasts who have already mastered the basic skills and are ready to take their training to the next level. Designed for gymnasts 6years and over (in the year of birth) .In this group, athletes continue to work on all four apparatus — vault, bars, beam, and floor — focusing on improving technique, strength, flexibility, and consistency. Gymnasts will begin learning more challenging skills and combinations while continuing to build confidence and discipline in a supportive and motivating environment. Most gymnasts in this group attend training multiple times per week to support faster progress and skill development. Progression into this level is achieved through an annual examination held in May or by coach recommendation, ensuring that each gymnast is ready to meet the challenges of this stage.
