Our Intermediate Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics class is designed for young gymnasts ready to take their skills to the next level.
 
We focus on developing hyper-flexibility, strength, dance, coordination, and confident use of all rhythmic apparatus — including rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, and clubs. Gymnasts refine their technique, musicality, and performance quality through dynamic and enjoyable sessions that blend discipline with creativity.
 
Those attending at least twice per week will also prepare a choreographed routine and can apply to take part in national-level competitions if they wish.
 
Training remains fun and inspiring while continuing to build strong physical foundations and artistic expression.
